Introduction :
Mayaquad provides rental services of scooters, quads, and buggies to customers. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility :
To rent a scooter, quad, or buggy from Mayaquad, you must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Payment :
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or cash.
Insurance :
Mayaquad provides insurance coverage for all its scooters, quads, and buggies. However, the customer is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
Maintenance :
Mayaquad is responsible for the maintenance of its scooters, quads, and buggies. In case of any technical difficulties, Mayaquad will provide assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Fuel :
The scooter will be provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental period. The customer is responsible for refilling the fuel tank before returning the vehicle. We are taking responsibility for the fuel needed to power Quads ans Buggies during your excursion period
Termination :
Mayaquad reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the customer violates any of the terms and conditions of use.
Limitation of Liability :
Mayaquad is not liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the use of its scooters, quads, and buggies. The customer is solely responsible for any accidents that may occur during the rental period.
Governing Law :
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
Changes to TCU :
Mayaquad reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the customer is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
